Warranty
Different product categories have different warranty periods. The equipment we sell comes with a warranty of at least 18 months. For a range of equipment categories, the warranty extends to 48 months. This further emphasizes that we supply exclusively reliable and professional equipment.
Warranty Service
Procedure for handling each warranty case:

The response time of the Seller's service specialists to a request regarding an equipment malfunction is 1 (one) business day from the date the request is received, between 09:00 and 17:00 Moscow time.

The dispatch of service specialists for diagnostic work and repair is coordinated by the Parties but does not exceed 3 (three) days from the date the request is received.

All expenses related to the replacement and repair of the Equipment during the warranty period are borne by our company, if the malfunction of the equipment or its part, including software, occurred due to our fault.
Service & Support
We provide not only warranty service but also, very importantly, post-warranty support. Thus, throughout the entire lifecycle of the equipment, we provide service and never leave our clients alone to solve problems that arise with the operation of the equipment we supplied.
