Personal Data Processing Agreement

By this, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by Intelligent Robot Systems LLC: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name, as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction.

Intelligent Robot Systems LLC guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the effective execution of orders, contracts, and other obligations undertaken by Intelligent Robot Systems LLC as mandatory.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the software copyright holder, distributor, or reseller for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. Intelligent Robot Systems LLC guarantees that the software copyright holder, distributor, or reseller protects personal data under terms similar to those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name, and patronymic; email address; shipping postal address; contact phone number; payment details.

The term of consent is unlimited. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: 105264, Moscow, 10th Parkovaya St., 20, 1st floor, room XX, marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data."

Please note that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the website (https://irobs.ru), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of Intelligent Robot Systems LLC, which may make it impossible to use the online services of Intelligent Robot Systems LLC.

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that its provision does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legal rights, and interests of third parties. All provided information has been filled out by me personally in relation to myself.

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
