User Agreement

1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Limited Liability Company “Intellectual Robot Systems” (hereinafter — the “Administration”, “We”) and any person (hereinafter — the “User”, “You”) using the website and its services.
2. By using the website https://irobs.ru/en/ (hereinafter — the “Website”), You confirm that You have read, understood, and fully agree with all the terms of this Agreement.
3. If You do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, You must immediately stop using the Website.
4. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the amendments indicates Your acceptance of them.

1. Website — an online resource located at https://irobs.ru/en/, representing a set of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photo and video materials, software code, and other results of intellectual activity.
2. Content — any materials posted on the Website, including but not limited to: products, descriptions, prices, articles, news, images, videos, reviews, comments, software, firmware, diagrams, and instructions.
3. User — any individual or legal entity accessing the Website.
4. Website Services — all functional capabilities provided to the User, including viewing the product catalog, submitting product requests, registration, leaving reviews and comments, and accessing downloadable files.

1. All objects posted on the Website are the intellectual property of the Administration or rights holders with whom the Administration has concluded appropriate agreements.
2. Objects of intellectual property include, but are not limited to: Website design, text materials, trademarks, logos, product images, video reviews, software, firmware, diagrams, instructions, and databases (product catalog).
3. Use of the Content (copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, making publicly available, etc.) for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Administration is strictly prohibited.
4. For non-commercial use, quoting is permitted in an amount justified by the purpose of quoting, with a mandatory active hyperlink to the source page on the Website irobs.ru/en/.

1. To access certain website functions (submitting requests, leaving reviews, accessing the personal account), the User may be required to register.
2. When registering, the User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
3. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data (login and password). All actions performed under their account are considered to be performed by the User.

The User agrees to:

1. Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
2. Not post or distribute through the Website:
• Information containing threats, insults, defamation, obscenities;
• Materials of pornographic or extremist nature, inciting ethnic or religious hatred;
• Information violating copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
• Spam, viruses, malicious code;
• Any other illegal information.
3. Not take actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Website and its software (DDoS attacks, hacking, vulnerability scans, etc.).
4. Not perform automated data collection from the Website (parsing, scraping, crawling), not use automated scripts (bots) to interact with the Website, and not extract the Website’s databases (including product catalog, descriptions, prices, images) by any means without direct written permission from the Administration.
5. Not create derivative works based on the Website Content, and not use the Content in a manner that could mislead third parties or harm the business reputation of the Administration.

1. Information about products posted on the Website (descriptions, prices, images, availability) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer as defined by Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. Submitting a request for a product through the Website constitutes the User’s intention to purchase the product and an offer to the Administration to conclude a purchase agreement.
3. To submit a request, the User fills out the appropriate form on the Website. All terms of the future transaction, including the final price, delivery terms, and conditions, are agreed upon additionally after the request is processed by the Administration’s manager.

1. The Website is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Website and its services.
2. The Administration is not liable for direct or indirect damages incurred by the User as a result of using or being unable to use the Website.
3. The Administration is not responsible for the content and accuracy of information posted by Users (e.g., reviews and comments).
4. The User is solely responsible for complying with the legislation of the Russian Federation when using the Website.

1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. All disputes arising from or related to this Agreement are subject to resolution in court at the location of the Administration, in accordance with the current procedural legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. If any provision of the Agreement is deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
4. If a court finds any provision of the Agreement invalid or unenforceable, this does not render the other provisions invalid.
