The tables are manufactured on 5-axis milling centers, ensuring high precision: hole tolerances of 5 µm and flatness of system elements and tabletop of 25 µm per meter. All system components are verified on MMZ ZEISS coordinate measuring machines.
The tables and system elements undergo nitrocarburizing, preventing welding spatter adhesion. The hardness of the tables and system components reaches up to 860 HV.
