LightWELD XR is the flagship in the lineup of handheld welding machines! Its main distinguishing feature is a unique 1.5 kW laser with a smaller beam diameter compared to other machines. This feature provides greater penetration depth – up to 6.5 mm – an even smaller heat-affected zone than analogs, and significantly higher-quality results when welding aluminum.

The machine offers pre- and post-weld cleaning modes, as well as library modes for welding copper, titanium, and nickel alloys. With LightWELD, it is possible to weld thick, thin, dissimilar, and highly reflective metals without the use of filler wire.
