Intellectual Robot Systems delivered a robotic laser cladding system to the Kolomna Plant (Transmashholding)
Our team has completed the delivery and commissioning of a robotic laser cladding system in Mechanical Shop No. 10 of the Kolomna Plant. The system is designed to restore the geometry of high-value components and improve the efficiency of repair processes.
The installation provides high-precision deposition of filler material, allows surface defects to be eliminated, and enables the restoration of bushings and diesel engine block components. The technology has minimal impact on the base metal structure, ensuring consistent cladding quality and improved performance characteristics of the restored parts.
The supplied system is equipped with two laser heads and allows processing of both flat and complex internal surfaces. The system delivers stable results and high productivity in autonomous operation.
