Entering the New Year with New Professionals

During the pre-New Year week, when the whole country is thinking about Olivier salad, tangerines, and children’s holiday events, “Intellectual Robot Systems” decided to honor tradition and hold its own New Year Celebration. And what could light it up better in a company that has been engaged in industrial process robotization for 13 years than a welding arc?

At our new production facility, we hosted internal corporate qualification competitions in welding. The main goal of the event was team building, as well as improving the skills and work discipline of our employees. The certification committee — which included leaders of several IRS departments — was responsible not only for evaluating the quality of welded joints and monitoring compliance with technological discipline, but also for conducting an in-depth assessment of participants’ theoretical knowledge. In addition, invited representatives of the Federal Competence Center closely monitored the competition and highly praised the professional skills of IRS employees.

The jury members and spectators once again confirmed that our production is home to true masters of the arc and electrode. The craftsmanship of the most outstanding welding professionals was recognized not only with letters of appreciation but also with generous monetary awards.
