The composition of the robotic arc welding complex may vary depending on the customer's requirements and can additionally include:
- Robot mounting systems: linear guides, columns, portals, etc.;
- Observation and machine vision systems;
- Welding manipulators, rotators, roller supports, etc.;
- Tool change system;
- Technological fixtures;
- Other components necessary to perform technological functions.
The tool change system is designed for automatic replacement of welding heads mounted on the 6th-axis flange of the robot manipulator. This allows solving various production tasks using multiple welding processes such as TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW, etc., on a single complex. This approach was implemented in the Kuznetsov, Strela, and NPP Kuibyshev-Telecom projects.
Depending on the composition and complexity of the complex, its price may vary. For example:
During project development, the technical department simulates the welding process. This allows determining:

- Feasibility of welding by checking the robot's reach and spatial orientation of the workpiece;
