SPRAYJET-88-EL Manual Flame Spray Gun
The SPRAYJET-88-EL gun is designed for manual or automated flame spraying of various materials using wire. The gun's distinctive feature is its electric drive, which ensures a uniform and consistent wire feed for both low-melting and high-melting metals, with diameters ranging from 1.6 to 4.76 mm. It can spray materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, bronze, babbitt, zinc, aluminum, molybdenum, and more. The resulting coatings can have a thickness of 0.05 to 15 mm, with a porosity of 2 to 15%. It is used to restore worn areas and apply corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, anti-friction, and electrically insulating coatings. This equipment is a complete analogue of the Oerlikon Metco model 12E manual flame spraying systems.

The air preparation and supply unit is equipped with two filters to remove oil and moisture from the compressed air and a pressure regulator to regulate the air pressure.
Complete Hose Kit
The kit includes three flexible, lightweight, high-pressure hoses with matching fittings. The yellow (or black) hose is for air supply, the blue hose is for oxygen supply, and the red hose is for combustible gas supply.

A trolley with a spool stand for easy movement of the entire system.
