SPRAYJET 87 Manual Flame Spraying System
The SPRAYJET-87 is a simplified version designed for manual flame spraying of various wire materials. The wire is fed by an air turbine. The gun can spray wires with diameters from 3.17 to 4.76 mm and is only suitable for soft, low-melting wires, such as aluminum, zinc, tin, and babbitt. This equipment is a complete replacement for the Oerlikon Metco Model 11E manual flame spraying system.

Base Package
Flame Spray Gun
The SPRAYJET-87 flame spray gun is a simplified version with wire feed via an air turbine. Suitable only for soft, low-melting wire.
Wire Feed and Straightener
The wire feed and straightener is designed to hold a standard wire spool, straighten it as it unwinds, and feed it into the gun with controlled tension.
Wire Feed Control Panel
The wire feed control panel adjusts the wire feed speed.
Fuel Gas Flow Meter
The gas flow meter is a high-precision device for regulating and measuring the flow rate of oxygen and fuel gas within ±5% when feeding into the flame spray gun.
Air Flow Meter
An air flow meter is an accurate and reliable instrument for measuring compressed air flow in manual flame spraying systems.
Oxygen Pressure Regulators
Oxygen/Acetylene pressure regulators. High-precision two-stage regulators provide precise control of combustible gas pressure.
Air Preparation and Supply Unit
The air preparation and supply unit is equipped with two filters to remove oil and moisture from the compressed air and a pressure regulator to regulate the air pressure.
Complete Hose Kit
The kit includes three flexible, lightweight, high-pressure hoses with matching fittings. The yellow (or black) hose is for air supply, the blue hose is for oxygen supply, and the red hose is for combustible gas supply.

Spray Nozzles
Spray nozzles with internal diameters and lengths from 150 mm to 900 mm.
Spool Trolley
A trolley with a spool stand for easy movement of the entire system.
Gun Stand
The gun stand frees the operator's hands, minimizes human error, and automates the spraying process, for example, by securing the product in a rotating mechanism.
Compressor
We will select and supply a compressor suitable for your process requirements and production conditions.
Additional Equipment
