RODOJET 9810 Flame Rod Spray Gun
The RODOJET 9810 is a manual flame spray gun for spraying rods. It can spray rods with diameters from 4.75 mm to 6.35 mm. It is a cost-effective solution for high-quality ceramic, heat-resistant coating spraying. The RODOJET 9810 is unique in that the rod material is completely melted in the flame, ensuring the highest coating quality and preventing unmelted material particles from remaining on the surface of the part. It is suitable for spraying ceramic rods made of chromium oxide (Cr3O2), aluminum oxide (Al2O3), titanium oxide (TiO2), yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), and others. This system is a good alternative to plasma spraying in certain applications.
