Robotic Welding System for Nuclear Industry Applications
The robotic system enables laser welding of flat parts, rotational bodies, and surfaces formed by third-order curves.
A laser welding technology has been developed and implemented for sheet stainless steel 11 mm thick and stainless steel 6 mm thick, with welds following a third-order curve trajectory.
Application of products: civil use, manufacturing components for the international ITER nuclear reactor
Material of products: stainless steel, titanium and titanium-based alloys, aluminum and aluminum-based alloys, copper and copper-based alloys, refractory metals.
Welding position: flat, horizontal.
