Robotic structural steel welding complex
The robotic complex is a system designed for welding trusses with long sections up to 12.5 m, manufactured according to GOST 23118-2012 and SP 53-101-98, using rolled steel for construction (GOST 27772-2015).
The complex consists of two industrial robots mounted on pedestals and a linear movement axis (based on rail guides) to ensure accessibility to all welding points.
To allow rotation of the welded component around its longitudinal axis, welding positioners with a lifting capacity of 5,000 kg and rear supports are used.
The center-to-center distance is adjusted by moving the rear support along the guide rails.
A laser part-finding system is implemented before welding starts, allowing detection and correction of deviations (assembly tolerances, deformation during welding).
Purpose: welding of structural steel components
Material of components: construction steels (C245, C255, C355-5), structural steels (09G2)
Welding type: MIG/MAG
