Robotic Complex for Cutting Structural Steel Components
The robotic complex is designed to perform technological operations for automated plasma cutting and transportation of metal structures ranging in length from 2.1 m to 12 m, made from rolled stock for building structures (GOST 27772-2015), within a section equipped with a roller conveyor.
The core of the robotic complex includes an input roller conveyor and an output conveyor for finished products, which enable feeding parts into the plasma cutting zone and transporting them out after the necessary operations, as well as a robot manipulator mounted on a pedestal.
To ensure high-quality cutting, the complex features the AVC (Automatic Voltage Control) option — automatic control of the set voltage on the plasma arc (distance to the workpiece).
