Welding position: flat, vertical
The system has increased the productivity of welding heavy screw-type structures with thicknesses up to 20 mm by 3 times.
A reduction of residual stresses in thin-walled structures such as “Box” and “Basket” was achieved, eliminating the need for forced cooling of the product in a water bath during the welding process. The welded parts do not exhibit structural deformations exceeding the allowed tolerance ranges.
