POWDERJET 86 Flame Powder Spray Gun
The POWDERJET 86 is designed for manual or automated (with the torch mounted on a tripod) powder spraying. Powder is fed to the gun via a separate powder feeder with one or two powder hoppers. Hoppers can be of varying volumes to suit the application. The configuration of this gun, together with the powder feeder, ensures a uniform and constant powder feed and allows spraying in any spatial position at the required feed rate preset on the feeder. It can spray any metallic, self-fluxing, or ceramic powder with wear-resistant, heat-resistant, high-temperature, friction-resistant, and corrosion-resistant properties. This unit is equivalent to the Oerlikon Metco 6PII.

Base Package
Flame Spray Torch
The POWDERJET 86 gun and powder feeder configuration ensure a uniform and constant powder flow, allowing spraying in any orientation at the desired feed rate preset on the feeder.
Powder Feeder
Powder is fed into the gun via the powder feeder. The powder feed rate can be monitored and adjusted from the front panel. The powder feed rate is controlled by the metering disk, which varies from 1 to 28 rpm.
Fuel Gas Flow Meter
The gas flow meter is a high-precision device for regulating and measuring the flow rate of oxygen and fuel gas within ±5% when feeding into the flame spray gun.
Oxygen Pressure Regulators
Oxygen/Acetylene Pressure Regulators High-precision two-stage regulators ensure precise adjustment of combustible gas pressure.
Air Preparation and Supply Unit
Air preparation and supply unit. Equipped with two filters to remove oil and moisture from compressed air and a pressure regulator for regulating air pressure.
Complete Hose Kit
The kit includes three flexible, lightweight, high-pressure hoses equipped with matching fittings for connection.
Additional Options
2PSAM Air Nozzle
When working with dense and hard coatings, we recommend using a special cooled air nozzle, which attaches to the spray gun and injects air into the spray stream at high velocity.
Extension Torch
Spray nozzles with an internal diameter, ranging in length from 150 mm to 900 mm.
Gun Stand
The gun stand frees the operator's hands, minimizes human error, and automates the spraying process, for example, by securing the sprayed product in a rotating mechanism.
Compressor
We will select and supply a compressor suitable for your process requirements and production conditions.
Custom Powder Feeder
Depending on your needs, we can offer you a powder feeder with a larger hopper or a feeder with two hoppers to increase productivity, ensure process continuity, and enable spraying of materials in mixed mode.
