POWDERJET 85 Flame Powder Spray Gun
The POWDERJET 85 is designed for manual powder spraying. This gun is a cost-effective option for small-volume spraying operations or those requiring increased system mobility. A distinctive feature of the POWDERJET 85 is its integrated powder hopper, eliminating the need for an expensive powder feeder. Powder is fed from the hopper using gravity, under the influence of the powder's own weight. It can apply a wide range of coating materials such as self-fluxing alloys, ceramics, metal powders such as steel, stainless steel, bronze, aluminum, etc. This unit is equivalent to Oerlikon Metco 5PII.

Base Package
Flame Spray Gun
The POWDERJET 85 is an affordable gun for small-volume spraying operations or where increased system mobility is required. Powder is poured directly into the hopper mounted on the gun and fed by gravity
Fuel Gas Flow Meter
The gas flow meter is a high-precision device for regulating and measuring the flow of oxygen and fuel gas within ±5% when feeding the flame spray gun.
Oxygen Pressure Regulators
Oxygen/Acetylene Pressure Regulators. High-precision two-stage regulators ensure precise setting of fuel gas pressure.
Air Preparation and Supply Unit
Air preparation and supply unit. Equipped with two filters to remove oil and moisture from compressed air and a pressure regulator for regulating air pressure.
Complete Hose Set
The set includes three flexible, lightweight, high-pressure hoses equipped with matching fittings for connection.

2PSAM Air NozzlePSAM
When working with dense and hard coatings, we recommend using a special cooled air nozzle, which attaches to the gun and injects air into the spray stream at high speed.
Vibratory Unit with Converter
The vibration unit is recommended for fine-particle materials that often cannot be fed and sprayed freely and evenly. The vibration unit is supplied with a 220V converter and ensures a uniform powder flow.
Gun Stand
The gun stand frees the operator's hands, minimizes human error, and automates the spraying process, for example, by securing the product in a rotating mechanism.
Compressor
We will select and supply a compressor suitable for your process requirements and production conditions.
Extension Nozzle
Spray nozzles with an internal diameter, ranging in length from 150 mm to 900 mm.
