Robot positioners are essential for automating production processes, as they enable welding, cutting, cladding, painting, and similar operations to be carried out automatically in conjunction with a robotic manipulator. Intellectual Robot Systems LLC manufactures 12 types of standard models with load capacities ranging from 150 kg to 50,000 kg. In addition, the company has accumulated extensive experience in manufacturing positioners designed for specific tasks.
Starting its activities with a single machine producing “one-off orders,” over 8 years of operation our company has reached the level of a full-scale enterprise, operating more than 10 modern CNC machining centers and maintaining stable orders in the civil, defense, and space industries. We are not the only company manufacturing welding rotators in Russia. Other manufacturers of welding manipulators and rotators include the VTO Plant (Ulyanovsk), producing SVU and SVR welding rotators, as well as PKTBA (Penza), producing VSU and VR welding rotators. We respect our competitors; however, we would like to emphasize that our welding rotators are equipped with high-quality gearboxes and high-precision gear racks, ensuring excellent positioning repeatability, suitable even for use in our robotic welding systems. Therefore, a direct comparison of our welding rotators with SVU and SVR rotators from the VTO Plant and VSU and VR rotators from PKTBA is not appropriate.
