Powder feeder
A reliable powder feeder ensures a consistent supply of sprayed material. Powder feed is manually adjusted by varying the feed disk speed from the feeder control panel. This powder feed system ensures precise dosing and, consequently, consistent quality of sprayed coatings.

MP 200 Control Panel
The process control panel is designed as a single unit, integrating the operator panel with controls and indicators, as well as a gas module complete with high-precision mass flow meters for monitoring and adjusting process gas flow. Depending on the selected plasma gun, the unit has preset ignition parameters for automatic process startup, ensuring proper operation and preventing premature plasma gun failure.

SG-100 Plasma gun
