Shot Control, Recovery and Feed Systems
Operator Control Panel
Single panel for controlling the entire shot peening machine. This panel is used to call, run and edit control programs, as well as display all parameters of shot peening process, state of machine components and errors that occur during operation.

Blast Generator
Blast generator supplies shot to the shot blasting nozzles. It is equipped with two chambers for storing and feeding shot to ensure continuous operation. All necessary valves are provided at the working chamber outlet for regulating the air pressure, as well as regulating and controlling shot flow.

Vibratory Classifier
Shot peening process requires strict control of size of shot used. Vibratory classifier is used to separate the required size shot from the off-spec shot during operation.

Spiral Separator
During the peening process the shot may lose its original shape, which leads to unstable processing results. Specialized spiral separator is used to remove off-spec shape shot.

Shot Flow Calibration Module
At any time during the shot peening process the operator can issue a command for additional checking and calibration of set shot flow using this module. This function ensures stable shot flow in case of errors in the automatic valves operation due to variations in the shot material properties.

Carousel Positioner for Workpiece Installation
Positioner has a central axis of rotation, as well as additional satellites installed around the perimeter and capable of independent rotation around its own axis. During processing the workpieces mounted on satellites are sequentially moved into the working area when main table is rotated at a given angle.

Peripheral Components
Shot Blasting Chamber
Frame of shot blasting chamber is made from the appropriate metal profile and covered with specialized sound-insulating panels, ensuring a noise level of no more than 75 dB during operation. Panels on the inside of chamber are protected from shot impacts by wear-resistant material. At the bottom of chamber there is a receiving hopper connected to the shot recovery system.

Exhaust Filter Unit

Additional Equipment
Lance nozzle for holes and slots processing
This nozzle provides shot bombardment of surface to be hardened at an angle of 45° and can be rotated indefinitely, ensuring uniform processing of hole, slot or groove surfaces.
Screw Compressor
Machine can consume significant volumes of compressed air depending on the number of blast nozzles used and the required process performance. Machine can be equipped with its own compressor complete with receivers to ensure the required air flow.
