The HIPOJET system is a compact high-velocity thermal spraying system. The control unit is equipped with easy-to-read process gas flow meters used for manual adjustment, presetting, and monitoring of process gas and air parameters during the spraying process. The control unit is also equipped with pressure gauges for process gas pressure monitoring. The compact panel allows wall mounting.
Unit Features
- Complete isolation of electrical equipment from the gas section.
- When using a HYBRID water-cooled nozzle with a high-velocity oxy-fuel spray gun, the combustible gas supply can be shut off depending on the coolant flow rate. Coolant flow shutoff requires the use of an external JAM-BOX (HY-2100) module.
- Continuous air purging of the electrical compartment prevents the accumulation of hazardous gases.
