The new series of professional handheld Trulase units represents a synergy of performance, compactness, ergonomics, and affordable cost.
The core of the unit is a unique single-mode laser, built on advanced optical components manufactured by Coherent® and Everbright Photonics®.
High-grade optical components and advanced cooling technologies provide Trulase with exceptional welding stability and reliability. Trulase easily welds highly reflective materials such as aluminum, galvanized steel, and brass.

Advantages of TruLase Compared to Other Welding Methods
Up to 4× faster than TIG and up to 1.5× faster than MIG welding
No edge preparation is required. There is no need to wait for the weld to cool between passes. Laser welding has ~10 times smaller heat-affected zone, minimizing deformation and warping. The welding process is contactless, so no flux or electrode particles enter the molten metal. This ensures a cleaner and neater weld seam that almost does not require finishing or cleaning.
Penetration depth up to 10 mm
Laser welding is ideal for stainless, galvanized, low-carbon steel and aluminum. With a single-side weld, the TruLase Plus can penetrate sheets up to 5 mm thick, and up to 10 mm with double-sided welding. If welding with gaps is required, a wire feeder module can be connected.
Weld width adjustment up to 5 mm
TruLase allows easy adjustment of weld width up to 5 mm and selection of beam oscillation frequency. This function improves the appearance of welds and makes it possible to weld parts with poor edge fitment.
Compact and easy to operate
TruLase is equipped with a compact air-liquid cooling system called Direct Cooling, eliminating the need for bulky chillers. The welding gun is compact and ergonomic, lightweight, and allows operators to produce high-quality welds throughout the working shift with safe laser activation. The simple system and intuitive connections make it easy for both beginners and experienced welders to start working.
One-pass welding
Pre-set and user-defined modes optimize welding of materials with various thicknesses. Pulse modes are available to extend welding capabilities. Due to the high laser power density, penetration is achieved in a single pass.
Safety system
TruLase is equipped with essential safety sensors. The gun includes a sensor that verifies contact between the nozzle and the workpiece. If contact is lost, the gun stops laser emission. External interlocks can also be connected.
