LiteWELD XR cleans edges before welding and weld seams after:
- Special high-power pulsed mode with high pulse frequency evaporates any type of contamination
- Precise control and parameter settings prevent damage to the surface layer of the cleaned metal
- Evaporated particles are blown away by shielding gas through the nozzle – recommended to use with an external exhaust
- Clean only the working area by adjusting the cleaning zone width

Laser Cleaning Function
The cleaning function allows removing weld edges before welding, reducing porosity caused by metal contamination, and cleaning weld seams from soot and heat colors. Both processes (welding and cleaning) are performed on the same equipment without lengthy reconfiguration using pre-set modes, improving the product appearance and reducing additional processing costs.
Laser Cutting Function
To cut metal, the operator does not need to handle an angle grinder; simply switch the LiteWELD to the required mode. This saves up to 30% of the time and eliminates the risk of device damage due to debris entering the fiber, which is likely when changing the gun.

Wire Feeding Mechanism
The wire feeding mechanism is fully compatible with LiteWELD XR Lite. Wire is fed automatically and controlled by the laser welding system. Feeding mode: 2-stroke / 4-stroke. Wire feed speed range: 0–800 cm/min. Compatible with welding wire diameters of 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.6 mm.
Wire Feeding Bracket
Compatible with the feeding mechanism and its channel, and can be used with various types of wire tips. The bracket is compact and ergonomic, enabling welding in hard-to-reach areas.
Connection Accessories Kit
