No edge preparation is required. There is no need to wait for the weld to cool between passes. Laser welding has a smaller heat-affected zone, minimizing deformation and warping. The welding process is non-contact, and no flux or electrode particles enter the molten metal. This ensures a cleaner and more precise weld seam that requires minimal finishing or cleaning.

Weld penetration up to 10 mm
Laser welding is ideal for stainless, galvanized, low-carbon steel, and aluminum. In a single pass, LiteWELD 1500 can weld sheets up to 5 mm thick, and up to 10 mm in double-sided welding. For thicker materials, a filler wire feeding module can be added. Laser welding can even weld highly reflective materials such as copper up to 1 mm thick.
Weld seam width up to 5 mm
LiteWELD 1500 allows easy adjustment of weld seam width up to 5 mm and control of the beam oscillation frequency. This improves weld appearance and enables welding of parts with poor edge fit.
Compact and easy to use
LiteWELD 1500 features an air-cooled laser system, eliminating the need for bulky chillers. The welding gun is compact, ergonomic, and lightweight, allowing operators to perform high-quality welding throughout the work shift safely. The system is simple and intuitive, enabling both beginners and experienced welders to start working quickly.
Single-pass welding
Preset and user-defined modes optimize welding of materials with different thicknesses. High-peak power modes up to 2500 W expand welding capabilities. With these modes, welds are completed in a single pass.
Safety system
LiteWELD 1500 is equipped with interlock sensors. The gun includes a contact sensor that monitors the nozzle’s contact with the workpiece. If the connection is broken, the laser beam stops. LiteWELD 1500 ensures maximum safety at the workplace.
Laser cleaning function
The cleaning function removes oxides and contaminants from weld edges before welding, reducing porosity caused by metal contamination. It also cleans post-weld seams from soot and discoloration. Both welding and cleaning are performed on the same equipment without long reconfiguration, using preset modes to improve product appearance and reduce post-processing costs.
Laser cutting function
To cut metal, the operator does not need to use an angle grinder—simply switch LiteWELD to the cutting mode. This saves up to 30% of the time and prevents damage to the device caused by debris entering the fiber, which can occur when changing the gun.

Filler wire feeding mechanism
The feeding mechanism is fully compatible with LiteWELD 1500. Filler wire is fed automatically and controlled by the laser welding system. Feeding operates in 2-stroke or 4-stroke mode. Wire feed speed: 0–800 cm/min. Suitable for welding wire diameters of 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.6 mm.
Filler wire holder
Compatible with the feeding mechanism and its channel, and can be used with various types of filler wire tips. The holder is compact and ergonomic, allowing welding in hard-to-reach areas.
Connection accessory kit
Complete set of cables, fittings, and accessories for connecting the laser welding system and feeding mechanism. The kit also includes rollers for feeding filler wire of different diameters and replacement welding tips.
