This series of machines is suitable for processing precision stamped parts, gears, automotive components, powder metallurgy parts, and holes.
Features
The grinding process is carried out in a wet environment. Coolant is sprayed at each station. The magnetic discharge outlet is equipped with a demagnetizing unit to demagnetize the workpieces. An automatic filter is used to purify the coolant, ensuring continuous circulation of the grinding fluid. The series includes models with working table widths of 300 mm, 400 mm, 650 mm, 1050 mm, and 1350 mm.

Workpieces are significantly less prone to thermal deformation during wet processing;
Improved surface roughness of finished parts;
Wet dust extraction during grinding provides better working environment quality and increases the lifespan of consumables.
Work Stations
- width 300 mm consists of three cassette brushes. Both individual brush rotation and full cassette rotation are provided. Each brush rotates automatically while the entire brush assembly rotates as a group.
- width 400 mm consists of four spatially arranged brushes. Each brush rotates automatically while the entire brush assembly rotates as a group.
- width 650 mm consists of five interlaced disc brushes. Two adjacent discs rotate forward and backward, while the entire brush assembly oscillates horizontally along the vertical feed direction.
- width 1050 mm consists of seven interlaced disc brushes. Two adjacent discs rotate forward and backward, while the entire brush assembly oscillates horizontally along the vertical feed direction.
- width 1350 mm consists of nine interlaced disc brushes. Two adjacent discs rotate forward and backward, while the entire brush assembly oscillates horizontally along the vertical feed direction.
Workpiece Feeding Belt
Version 1. Conveyor belt + rubber roller clamp. Minimum workpiece length: 150 mm
Version 2. Magnetic (for carbon steels). Minimum workpiece size: 10×10 mm
Version 3. Vacuum (for stainless steels, copper and aluminum alloys, etc.). Minimum workpiece size: 50×50 mm.
