The company "Intellectual Robot Systems" specializes in turnkey implementation of welding columns. A welding column is a mechanism capable of performing welding automatically. They are usually used in conjunction with positioning devices such as roller rotators, positioners, and manipulators. The main mechanism of the column is a horizontal beam on which the welding torch is mounted. Positioning of the beam up-down and back-forward can be controlled either programmatically or by a welder using a remote control.
