Welding is a complex, multi-factor technological process, the result of which must be a high-quality welded joint.
To ensure stable quality of welded joints, and consequently reduce economic losses and labor costs associated with defects, as well as to increase labor productivity, manufacturing facilities implement and use automatic welding systems.
Welding automation is used in many industrial sectors: energy, automotive manufacturing, mechanical engineering, food industry, aerospace industry, and defense production.
Intellectual Robot Systems LLC supplies and integrates turnkey comprehensive solutions for automatic longitudinal seam welding from the Austrian company Fronius, tailored to customer requirements, as well as develops and manufactures its own equipment for welding longitudinal seams of shells and metal box corners.
Fronius FCP 600-2 – 1600-2
FCP 600 – 1600-2 linear welding stations are designed for welding longitudinal seams
of shells with a wall thickness of 0.3–3.0 mm and a welding length of up to 1600 mm.
