Video Monitoring System for Spraying Torch Parameters
This system is specially designed and developed for use in thermal spraying complexes. It allows real-time monitoring of averaged parameters of individual particles in the spraying jet: temperature, particle velocity, jet profile and jet position. All measured flow indicators are displayed in real time and verified against operator-defined values considering permissible deviations.
The use of this system enables continuous control over key process parameters, ensuring high reproducibility of coating quality and reducing production costs.
