Weld stud
Our range of CD weld studs includes studs made of mild steel and stainless steel, studs made of pure aluminum and aluminum alloy, as well as brass studs.
The materials we use comply with important EN and ISO industry standards; for example, our aluminum studs comply with EN 573-3, and our stainless steel CD studs comply with EN ISO 3506-3 (for the full list, see the industrial fasteners section). Many of our CD weld studs are manufactured with thread, without thread, and with internal threading, making them versatile for various applications.
In addition to weld studs, we also supply many other key fasteners for the CD stud welding process: you can also find threaded pins, flat CD pins, grounding contacts, and CD insulation pins in our catalog, available in every material. Our CD stud welding fixtures are suitable for use with a wide range of materials, including steel (low-carbon and high-carbon, stainless steel, galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel, hot-rolled structural steel), aluminum (pure or alloyed), brass, and copper. The correct choice of CD stud depends on the materials you are using; we are always ready to advise you on the best option.
